Normative Architecture
Volume I — Constitutional Architecture
Constitutional identity, authority, temporal semantics, release governance, and projection.
Governed Registry View
A public registry projection for constitutional, realization, operational, governance, evidence, research, and formal publication records. Publication visibility does not itself establish effectiveness, authorization, evidentiary sufficiency, or reliance.
The registry records publication identities, editions, statuses, lineage, integrity references, public availability, and applicable authority boundaries. Registry inclusion does not establish constitutional validity, authorization effectiveness, assurance sufficiency, scientific validity, formal correctness, admission, determination, declaration, or reliance unless independently established by the responsible jurisdiction.
Publication Class 01
Normative architecture defining constitutional types, responsibilities, interfaces, and proof jurisdictions.
Normative Architecture
Constitutional identity, authority, temporal semantics, release governance, and projection.
Normative Architecture
Trust-relevant evidence, verification responsibilities, preservation, integrity, and bounded trust-property evaluation.
Normative Architecture
Proof stewardship, assurance bases, evaluation, eligibility projection, and the receiving-jurisdiction boundary.
Publication Class 02
Program-specific conformance realization without redefining the Constitutional Platform.
Program Realization
Program objects, authorities, interfaces, declarations, and localized responsibility closure.
Program Realization
Execution envelopes, attestations, preservation controls, verification artifacts, and trust boundaries.
Program Realization
MIPECE produces bounded assurance artifacts and presents them through governed interfaces. Admission and reliance remain local to the receiver.
Publication Class 03
The first governed operational realization documented under the Version 1.x Constitutional Platform.
Governed Operational Realization
Publication Class 04
Authorization, execution-envelope, revocation, retention, completion, and related governance records. Visibility does not imply effectiveness.
Public Metadata Only
Publication Class 05
Evidence packages for specific executions, controls, recovery capabilities, monitoring, and preservation mechanisms.
Operational Demonstration
Bounded evidence of an authorized controlled path, subject to the exact incorporated evidence basis.
Operational Demonstration
Bounded negative-path evidence showing rejection within the documented controlled path.
Security and Preservation Evidence
Control-specific evidence for identity, encryption, authorization, retention, and monitoring.
Recovery and Monitoring Evidence
Evidence of configured or exercised recovery, continuity, observability, and alerting controls.
Publication Class 06
Scientific and measurement claims remain proposition-specific, evidence-relative, method-relative, scoped, uncertain, and temporal.
Measurement Science
Constructs, instruments, validity, reliability, uncertainty, and longitudinal evaluation.
Theory
Empirical and theoretical investigation of allocation, burden, legitimacy, remedy, and organizational movement.
Empirical Program
Registered hypotheses, discovery studies, replication, heterogeneity, counterexamples, and boundary conditions.
Publication Class 07
Proof-bearing claims under explicitly identified formal disciplines and bounded derivations.
Formal and Mathematical
Formal results require proof or formally bounded derivation. Constitutional coherence or operational verification does not substitute for formal proof.
Publication Class 08
Historical records remain identifiable through explicit lineage. Correction proceeds through governed successor relationships, never silent replacement.
Historical Registry
Future entries will identify predecessor, successor, supersession, revocation, withdrawal, archive time, and continuing historical effect.
Warrant Locality
Publication class does not replace claim-specific warrant.
| Claim class | Required warrant |
|---|---|
| Constitutional | Conformance to the governing constitutional method |
| Operational | Exercised operational verification |
| Security | Control evidence and, where claimed, adversarial evidence |
| Scientific | Methodologically admitted empirical evidence |
| Causal | Appropriate identification strategy and evidence |
| Generality | Replication, variation, and boundary-condition evidence |
| Comparative superiority | Direct comparison against relevant alternatives |
| Formal | Proof or formally bounded derivation |
| Commercial | Validated market, adoption, or outcome evidence |
A digest identifies exact bytes under a declared algorithm. It does not independently establish authenticity, authority, correctness, admission, effectiveness, or reliance.
Registry Entry ≠ Publication Act ≠ Effective Authority ≠ Execution Permission
These entries identify controlled methodology and prospective execution artifacts. Registry inclusion does not establish an authentic deployment, measured effect, AI attribution, economic realization, financial capture, ROI, or investment authorization.

These entries are governance-design artifacts. Their existence does not establish reviewer selection, reviewer independence, external execution authorization, independent execution, independent findings, or independent assurance.

Gate 1 is established with qualifications. Sponsor/legal-entity identity, officer/director status, the MIPECE.COM relationship evidenced by the supplied filing, and the executed engagement-authority instrument support the Gate-1 determination. The qualification preserves that the signer’s representation of no known additional restriction is not equivalent to an independent exhaustive search of all potentially superior governing restrictions.
Gate 3 evaluates the selected reviewer legal entity for the bound independence class UNRELATED_INDEPENDENT_TECHNICAL_REVIEWER. A reviewer’s self-representation is evidence for evaluation; it is not the controlling MIPECE clearance determination. Named-person clearance remains separately governed at Gate 4.
